GOOD PROBLEM TO HAVE

In my current position, I have been able to help grow the company by 50%, 25%, 20%, and 30% in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 respectively. We're on track for a total of 7X revenue, compared to when I started. During this time we've added positions and increase our workspace four times, going on five. Growing at that rate comes with hurdles as old methods aren't meant to handle the desired volume.

INTERNAL PROCESSES

Are the things you do as a company scalable for growth? How do you know when it's time to examine procedures?

Sometimes you do things because you need a solution. Sometimes those "temporary" fixes end up sticking. While they may have helped initially, those fixes may be hindering your business in the long term.

LOGISTICS & PLANNING

Are you moving people or things to and from in a reliable and efficient manner? Are there a lot of moving pieces to shoring up plans?

What got you here today won't get you through tomorrow.

CUSTOMER OUTREACH

This is more than just following up on leads. You'd be surprised how many bottlenecks come from having uniformed customers. Then when customers do reach out, tasks begin to accumulate.

GOALS & VALUES

What things matter to you and your customer base? What are you trying to do, as a company?

You offer a product or a service. Either way, it is a solution to a problem of your customers. Stay aligned and drive revenue.

DECISION MAKING

Why do you do the things you do?

It's the culmination of goals, values, and data. When these components of your business are considered in unison, your business gets direction. This way, every decision is the best possible, and won't keep you up at night.
