Management & Development of a Wordpress site

Grew site abilities and simplified the buying experience, while keeping an eye on internal procedures and scale. Initially, my work focused on getting the over 20 plugins to work together to offer a seamless experience for customers from start to finish. I also managed the Cpanel and WHM to sort issues and bring new features. With all of the heavy lifting in the past, time is now spent adding simple and variable products while ensuring products and orders are reflected in the internal CRM.

I also had the task of mitigating a Russian ransomware attack. The malicious attack was multidimensional. Despite the best efforts of international hackers, no customer payment information was compromised on the website, downtime was kept to a minimum, and internal information was salvaged and protected.
